Your custom socks order will be shipped after you pay and we complete production and packaging.
Where do your products ship from?
All orders will ship from our factory in China.
How much does shipping cost?
We do not provide free shipping service, shipping costs need to be calculated separately.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It takes about 20 days, sample confirmation, factory production and shipping are required after order payment.
How to return or exchange products？
This is a custom, personalised product, so we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, except in the following circumstances: Damaged on arrival: In the rare event that your socks arrive damaged, the damage must have occurred within three days of delivery and was not caused by human error in order to be eligible. To qualify, you must send a photo of the damaged socks to dfxc0513@outlook.com, and the damage must be visible in the photo.
